Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Only Irish Fans takes copyright infringement seriously. If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please notify us in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) guidelines.

Filing a DMCA Notice

Your DMCA notice must include the following elements:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• Identification of the specific content (including full URL) you believe is infringing.
• Your full contact information: name, postal address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the material is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright holder or authorized agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your name is acceptable).

Counter Notification Procedures

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and signature.
• The material removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was wrongly removed.
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Irish courts, and acceptance of service from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
